Investors Prime Fund is a commercial mortgage note investment Fund that has paid its investors an average annual yield exceeding 8% since inception. Mortgage notes have been used by countless investors for many decades as a way of generating excellent returns for growing wealth or for providing current income. The Fund offers its members the benefits of diversification through its portfolio of note investments, and invests strictly in first deed of trust secured notes on commercial properties. The Fund makes no investments in junior loans, in residential (including subprime) notes, nor speculative land loans or construction loans.

The Fund uses conservative underwriting on its investments, employs no risky leverage on its capital, and obtains current market valuations on each investment. SB Capital is the managing member of the Fund, and its principals are career financial service professionals who collectively have more than forty years experience in commercial mortgage investment analysis and portfolio management.

Fund participation is limited to qualifying Individuals, Corporate Entities, Trusts, and Retirement Plans.
