Investors Prime Fund offers a diversified portfolio of investment notes,which are primarily government-backed on commercial properties throughout California and elsewhere in the United States. Our business model is simple and proven, prudent and conservative. We combine our years of lending experience and federal guarantees to mitigate risk, and we:

•  Invest only in markets that we know.
•  Understand commercial real estate and government-guaranteed note investments.
•  Invest only in first deeds of trust-secured mortgage notes
    (we do not invest in second deeds of trust or in a junior lien position).
•  Invest only in notes on income-producing properties.
•  Avoid all subprime mortgages, development projects, land, or other risky speculation.

Because we generally invest in notes with federal guarantees for the portfolio, we protect our investments against drops in property value. And because we hold only first trust deed notes, we’re always first in line to be paid off on a transfer of the property or if a borrower should run low on funds. We also file an assignment of rents, which allows us to collect rent from tenants as a source of protective revenue.

Because of our strong historical performance and capital base, Investors Prime Fund was approved for a federal license that provides government note repayment guarantees on a substantial portion of the Fund’s note investments. Investors Prime Fund is one of only fourteen lending companies in the United States to hold such licensing. This enhances the Fund’s security and stability for members.
