Leadership & Experience
Mark Feathers, MBA, CEO of SB Capital and the founder of Investors Prime Fund has more than fifteen years of experience managing note investments and commercial mortgage banking. Prior to starting SB Capital, Mark managed commercial real estate lending programs for numerous community banks in the Bay Area. Mark was part of the management team that opened United American Bank in San Mateo in 2002, and as a senior manager of Sequoia National Bank helped position the bank to be sold to an investment group earlier this decade.
Mark earned his MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University in 1991 and prior to this served as a Naval Officer out of Naval Supply Center, Oakland.
Peter Eberle manages business development at the Lafayette office with over 18 years experience in the financial services industry. He was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs and was a Registered Investment Advisor. Peter was a Lead Market Maker on the Pacific Exchange and served on Goldman Sachs US Equity Risk Management Committee. Peter is currently pursuing an MBA at The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. Peter resides in Orinda with his wife and children.
Wyatt Allen manages business development for Investors Prime Fund on the lower San Francisco Peninsula and South Bay. Wyatt has 40 years senior management experience in the financial services industry. He earned his business degree from University of Oregon, with additional graduate studies at Golden Gate University. Wyatt resides in Mountain View with his wife and three children.
